The National Hub is not one location, it is a term used to indicate that the parcel is being sorted at a central location after being collected from the nearest local depot and is moving towards the next stage in the journey. This is how every parcel moves to its destination through the CollectPlus delivery network.
If you are not in when your parcel is delivered, CollectPlus driver will make up to 3 attempts to deliver on subsequent days and/or we will leave a card if:
We are sorry if your parcel has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time. In this instance CollectPlus requires more information from you, please contact them.
If you are returning a parcel to an online retailer please contact them first to see if they have received the item.
You will need your collection code to obtain your parcel, it acts as a form of security and the storekeeper can only hand a parcel to you by scanning the parcel label and using this code.
To get your collection code, the parcel must have been delivered to the CollectPlus store and you must use the email address used to make your order with the retailer.
When you order goods from an online retailer they will share your email and/or mobile number with us; once your parcel is delivered to the CollectPlus store we will automatically send you your collection code, by text message or email. The collection code is a 7 character reference and also a barcode for the CollectPlus store to scan. Don't worry the store can use either to release your parcel.
You can arrange for a family member or friend to collect your Click & Collect parcel on your behalf from your chosen CollectPlus store so long as they have the collection code (which will be sent to you) and one of your forms of ID, any of the following is acceptable ID, driving license, utility bill, mobile phone bill, wage slip, bank statement, credit/debit card, passport, cheque book.
If you are unable to collect your parcel for any reason within 10 calendar days of receiving your text or email, please let the sender know as soon as possible so the parcel can be returned to them and your refund/return not delayed.
This is a way of buying items from millions of sellers and picking them up from over 2,600 Collect+ stores and 900 Sainsbury’s and Argos locations.
All communications will come from eBay. You will receive a sms or email with a collection barcode in it and instructions on what to do. The eBay collection codes all start with the letters FM.
This all depends on the shipping method the seller has chosen, there are more specific details given against the item. Ebay say on average it takes 3 days.
